We will handle the advertising on various websites to make sure that we have a strong awareness in the local area. This will help us ensure that vacant units are rented as quickly as possible. We can use posters, flyers, pamphlets, and more to make sure that we have a well-rounded marketing strategy. In the event that someone shows interest in the building, we have rental agents as well as concierges who can provide tours of the building. We make sure that all tenants pass a credit survey and fill out an application before they rent the unit. Furthermore, we also carry out all steps of the lease negotiation and renewal process. We follow the law and ensure that this process is comprehensive. This includes preparation of notices, delivering notices to tenants, tracking response times, ensuring notices are accepted and processed, and tracking any non-renewals.
